INSTRUCTIONS
• mix equal quantities of pva glue with shaving foam
• add some silver glitter and paint!
TO MAKE A POLAR BEAR –
• cover a paper plate with puffy paint
• when dry, stick on two circular cosmetic cotton pads for ears
• use black paint to make two eyes, a nose and a smile
