Fees & Funding
Learn more about the fees and funding options available at Southover Nursery. We are always available to help, so do please ask if you have any questions about session times, fees or funding.

2 year olds
Some 2 year olds from working families or from families receiving additional support may be eligible for EYEE (Early Years Education Entitlement). This allows each child to access up to 15 or 30 hours a week of funded nursery provision for 38 weeks of the year. At Southover, these funded hours can be claimed within our EYEE block times as set out below. This enables access to a maximum of 21hours free childcare per week, depending on availability. We recommend that, if possible, children stay for a whole session (either until 12.30pm or until 3pm) as this allows them to settle in quickly and take part fully in all of our activities. Any time attended in addition to the funded hours can simply be paid for at our hourly rate. A valid funding code must be provided before a place can be offered.

Additionally, some children from working families may be eligible for an extended entitlement that enables access to up to 30 hours a week of funded nursery provision for 38 weeks of the year. At Southover, these funded hours can be claimed within our EYEE block times as set out below. This enables access to a maximum of 21 hours free childcare per week, depending on availability.
